the breakfast was plentiful and enjoyable and the poolside bar was a plus. the unit we got was updated with garden view, a massive comfortable bed, the newly built concrete style. extremely helpful and attentive staff, offered us concierge service and wake up calls. the hotel was in a spectacular location very close to the airport, and nha trang center.

I stayed in a Diamond Ocean Front Bungalow, it is nice with a large and beautiful bath room. The view is relaxing. The drivers, transportation arrangement person and the staffs in the Swimming Pool area were very nice and helpful. The Swimming pool is beautiful.
All the staffs in the resort were nice and helpful. However, the Receptionist staffs in the Front desk talked to customers not with customer care behaviors. In my first day, my extra reservation was not communicated among the relevant sections although I had noted it in my booking and already got a tele-confirmation from their Booking section. The Receptionist staff brought to me the feeling of being an annoying guest with no potential payment capability (I don't know whether because I have booked via Booked.net or not). On our last day in the resort, the Receptionist staff (another one) even didn't smile and say thank you after we completed all the payment. In addition, the scale of the resort was too large but with limited entertainment facilities, no karaoke, the main beach was very dirty with a lot of floating rubbish.

I absolutely loved the beautiful and vibrant decor of the hotel. The colorful furnishings and artwork throughout the general areas gave a cheerful and lively ambiance, making me feel right at home. The hotel's accessibility for senior people was also excellent. There were ramps and handrails in place, making it easy for me to navigate around the resort without any issues.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive. A little more assistance and consideration towards the needs of senior guests would have made the experience even more enjoyable.

Calm place, it is not so hot in compare with Nha Trang city, nice pool.
Sand on the hotel's beach is nice, white and soft, but water and sea bottom is not good, muddy and unpleasent for foot touching , perhapse due to river coming in near the beach.

The resort is just fabulous
They heavily promote that they once were the location for the Miss universe election of 2008, they should really change that....

Luxury resort, beautiful landscape, clean, diverse breakfast, quick service.
Don't have any issues at all.

The location is quite good - far from Nha-Trang (10 km), villas surrounded with trees swimming-pool and two beaches available. Free mini-bus goes to the city many times a day.
You never say you're in Vietnam - Turkey, Egypt or any other sea resort. Restaurants are poor, the staff is slow and unkind. Too expensive for such a hotel.
